Wenzhou Braised Delicacies (Tengqiao Smoked Chicken, Laoli Braised, Salted Chicken). A municipal heritage cluster. Tengqiao Smoked Chicken originates from Jiajing-era sugarcane-bagasse smoking methods, later adapting into sugar-smoking techniques applied to local range-raised Sanhuang chicken through three cycles of curing and smoking. "Laoli Braised Delicacies" expanded into broader commercial markets through brand management (Ouhai District's 2023 eighth batch), while traditional salted chicken preparation entered Lucheng District's fourteenth heritage list in 2026.
Nine-Steam Nine-Dry Ginger (Jiu Zheng Jiu Shai Jiang). Fresh ginger undergoes nine sequential cycles of steaming and sun-drying, evolving in flavor profile and medicinal properties to yield a health preserve and gift item. It holds municipal heritage status (eleventh batch), incorporating sub-crafts for Ouhai processed ginger and Pingyang ginger powder.
Wenzhou Traditional Rice Wine (Wenzhou Chuantong Mijiu). The umbrella designation for regional rice wine brewing encompasses rice soaking, steaming, mash initiation, fermentation, pressing, heat-sterilization, and cellar aging. Sub-branches include Ruian yellow wine, Ruian Michenchen sweet wine, and Taishun Tianguanshan liquor, standing as central elements of local banqueting customs.
Yongjiachang Home-Style Cooking & Yongqiang Seafood Broth. Two Longwan heritage crafts recognized in 2024 (twelfth batch): home-style culinary methods utilizing regional ingredients that reflect Yongjiachang's historic dual lifestyle of farming and coastal foraging, alongside the extraction techniques for the rich seafood stocks that anchor Yongqiang coastal dining.
Baba Songgao. A traditional Longwan pastry combining blended glutinous and japonica rice flours, sweetened and steam-cooked into an airy cake. It exists as an extended item of the eleventh municipal heritage batch, produced primarily within artisan home workshops for seasonal consumption.
